This issue is limited by the compatibility problem of the automatic switching of the qemu eclic interrupt controller and the clint timer implementation.
So the SMP version of RTOS could not be supported now, which requires complete ECLIC and SysTimer implementation of Nuclei RISC-V CPU, which is not yet finished until Nuclei Qemu 2025.10
