Missing instructions #1272
Description
Some instructions (such as c.sdsp) are defined in the spec and have a YAML description, but are missing from the generated website.

Technically, it would be available at https://riscv-software-src.github.io/riscv-unified-db/manual/html/isa/isa_20240411/insts/c.sdsp.html but it yields a 404 error.
It's not listed as a C instruction at https://riscv-software-src.github.io/riscv-unified-db/manual/html/isa/isa_20240411/exts/C.html#_instructions either. It seems like it's not the only one missing from the C extension.
