Rename Sswid extension to "Sslwid"? #22

When preparing the H-extension, I realized there is an inconsistency in the extension names.
"Smlwid" introduces the mlwid CSR.
Shouldn't "Sswid" be named "Sslwid" for adding the slwid CSR?
