Existing hypervisors have a very mature support for generating DeviceTree or ACPI for the Guest/VM based on the host DeviceTree or ACPI. Exposing UD data to hypervisors and Guest/VM is totally redundant.
I would suggest dropping the "Chapter 6. Hypervisor: Unified Discovery for Guest OSes". Also, please have the scope of UD usage clearly defined at the start of the specification.
