Description
The linux vpn instructions currently mention, after the snap instructions, that you can use the deb.leap.se apt repo to install debian packages. Those packages are currently 2 years out of date. Also since then some progress has been made in getting riseup-vpn into Debian proper.
So we need to stop recommending this old apt repo and instead point to getting them from Debian. But currently it's only in testing/unstable, no stable backports yet. Also we need recommendations for Ubuntu.
I also filed an issue in the leap project that they need to disable these old bits and point people at the newer stuff.
