5mm magnet troubles

For whatever reason, I'm having a very hard time getting the sheath to snap in to the body with 5x2mm magnets. I've adjusted every setting in the scad file that I would need to, I think.
Any tips or suggestions on getting this to work?

Hi there,
I was able to make it work with 6x3 magnets by only adjusting the two magnets settings and re-cutting the stem that was printed too high. Can you put some pictures of what's the problem?
