[rive_native] Crashes android when app resumes

Description

When running an app with any active animation on android, putting the app in the background and then resuming the app crashes and restarts.

Running the app in debug mode from android studio will tigger art_sigsegv_fault in the Disassembly debugger.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build the app for android
2. Run the app
3. Open any page with a rive animation
4. Put the app in the background
5. Resume the app
6. See crash and restart

Expected behavior

It should resume normally where it exited
