[rive_native] Listener fails to update the ViewModel property at runtime but works correctly in the editor.

In the editor, clicking the button correctly triggers the listener and updates the ViewModel property value to 3. However, after exporting the animation and integrating it into the app, the same interaction does not update the value at runtime.
I'm listening to changes from the ViewModel, but no update occurs when the button is clicked, unlike the behavior observed in the Rive editor.

Expected Behavior
Clicking the button should update the ViewModel value to 3 at runtime, just as it does in the Rive editor.

Actual Behavior
No change occurs in the ViewModel at runtime when the button is clicked.

Hi @nikkieke, it's likely that your state machine is settled (no longer advancing).

This is high on our list to solve; we're just concluding the best way to do it. It's not just an issue on the rive_native / Flutter side.

A workaround would be never settling your state machine, so have some layer running in a loop. Alternatively, if you're using the example RivePlayer widget, you can just call setState when you expect there to be an update or call stateMachinePainter.scheduleRepaint(). But these are only band-aid solutions; we're looking into supporting this properly.

Thank you for your response and for the workaround that you highlighted. I'll use that in the meantime while waiting for the issue to be fixed.
