App in Background Freezes Animations

Description

Sending the app to the background and coming back to it, freezes any active animations on screen. Experienced on Android.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a page in the Flutter app that has an animation playing.
2. Move to a different app.
3. Bring the Flutter app to the foreground again.
4. Animation is frozen.

Note: This happens with all our animations. We get nothing in the logs.

Expected behavior

The animation should still be playing when coming back.

Okay then I think you're running into an older issue (and we're talking about different things). What you're describing was fixed in 0.14.0-dev.4, latest is 0.14.0-dev6. See changelog here: https://pub.dev/packages/rive/versions/0.14.0-dev.6/changelog
