Stroke dash/gap animation is not playing

Description

An animation using stroke dash and gap animation is not playing correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load the riv file with Rive Flutter SDK.
2. Attempt to play it on iOS or Android.
3. Observe that only the first frame of the animation is shown.

Expected behavior

The animation should play exactly as I see it in Rive editor.

I am not able to reproduce this on the latest dev release.

❌ does not work with 0.13.20 (original report).

✅ works as expected with 0.14.0-dev.7.

I'm closing this issue, as this is a feature set that is not supported in the old Dart-based runtime code. And can only be supported in the 0.14.x + series that uses the Rive C++ runtime through FFI.
