Support 16 KB page sizes

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build Apk
2. Visit https://developer.android.com/guide/practices/page-sizes#alignment-use-script
3. Perform check_elf_alignment.sh APK_NAME.apk
4. /var/folders/ct/3wcds1p97nx1rpw5hcbq1tvm0000gp/T/app-development-release_out_XXXXX.7zUMnLn909/lib/x86_64/librive_text.so: \e[31mUNALIGNED\e[0m (2**12)
5. librive_text.so does not support 16kb

Hello,

I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. When I check with checkElfAlignmentAab, I get the following output:
⚠️ Misaligned: base/lib/x86_64/librive_text.so (addr=6)
⚠️ Misaligned: base/lib/arm64-v8a/librive_text.so (addr=6)

If this issue isn't resolved, I'll have to stop using the rive package. We have until November 1st.

If you're on 0.13.x, adding 16 KB page support will take a few minutes. You can override the NDK version by setting rive.ndk.version=28.1.13356709 in your gradle.properties file, which is an override we provide to specify the desired NDK you want to use to build with. You can also choose NDK 27, but then you also need to do this.
