Pull to Refresh Example Not working on IOS 17

The project loads but the list is not refreshable. Any thoughts on why this doesnt work?

This solution only works on iOS 15, I only found the problem is in the scroll view, it causes the content to continuously be rendered making it unable to calculate the height
