fix: output.TXT: Vrms_sigma_spectraal gives X direction twice instead of X and Z

Vrms_sigma_spectraal wordt 2x uitgevoerd in X richting, Z-richting ontbreekt.
(toewijzing in pythoncode lijkt echter wel goed te gaan).
