Requirements folder is sometimes created at the repo root, and not in .claude #4
Description
I drag and drop commands and requirements into the .claude folder in any of my repos using these commands. Not sure if this matters, but I am on a windows and interact with Claude Code via wsl. If you have any questions let me know and I can test further.
even if the requirements folder is already in the claude folder this will still occasionally happen.
