dzil setup prompts for license with no way to find out acceptable responses

dzil setup asks What license will you use by default (Perl_5, BSD, etc.)? [Perl_5]:. I wanted to put public domain, but there's no clear way to do that. I tried typing ?, hoping for a list of acceptable options, but that just said Invalid selection, please try again.

I think is now probably pretty easy to do, and will look at doing it in my next pass through the issues queue.

I'm also getting same message "Invalid selection, please try again." Is there any work around for this?
