Share more data between MetaYAML and MetaJSON plugins

Most of the code of the File object built by MetaJSON and MetaYAML is the same: they are building a CPAN::Validator object to validate the data, and then build a CPAN::Converter object. Those two object (not just the code, but the instances) could be shared.
