Creating build files for FicTrac using Cmake.

Hi @richardjdm,

I am Basirat, a biology graduate student from the University of Saskatchewan. My project is investigating the sublethal effects of pesticides on bees response to visual stimuli provided in a virtual arena. During the experiments, I will be using the FicTrac software to track the bees' walking, turning, and other motor behaviours in response to the stimuli.

Currently, I am working on the FicTrac installation, and I am having a problem creating a path for the Cmake toolchain file in the Vcpkg. This is hindering me from creating the appropriate build files for FicTrac.

I have worked with a number of programmers to execute this command but it is still not working.
Please, kindly guide me on how to go about this.
