Core dump for wrongly formatted trajectory file

I accidentally used NON-ORTHO instead of NON_ORTHO in the trajectory file and chimes_lsq died with a core dump. I think the reason might be that stod returns not a number in that case. A quick solution would be to fix the documentation :-)
