Syntax highlighting trick no longer works

With the latest changes in org, syntax highlighting trick mentioned in README no longer works. See this, now only "src" and "example" blocks are fontified.

Any recommendations to remedy this situation? I patched the relevant line in-file for now but of course this is not something sustainable. I saw some old discussions about utilizing src blocks instead of creating ai blocks but I guess we are well past that point now.

It would be great to have this feature back again. Without syntax highlighting i find the answer sometimes hard to read if it contains code block and subsections.

I simply added "ai" block the the member check on the line I shared, here is the diff:

                    ;; blocks with undocumented language specifier.
                    ;; Keep this undocumented feature for user
                    ;; convenience.
-                   (member block-type '("src" "export" "example")))
+                   (member block-type '("src" "export" "example" "ai")))
 	      (save-match-data
                 (org-src-font-lock-fontify-block (or lang "") block-start block-end))
 	      (add-text-properties bol-after-beginline block-end '(src-block t)))

Then simply re-evaluate this function and it should work.
