Feature request: Create a row for each new workspace

It would be cool if a new row would be created for each new workspace so that they are aligned vertically like in Gnome.

Actually, id rather have an option to also permanently set the number of rows (e.g. I would like to always have exactly 2 rows). This looks like a request for settings page imo.

edit: I got this behavior via settings (minimum desktop to 2, and then adjust rows in general settings). The problem is I didn't have setting page until I installed this script from repo (at first I was using Get New Scripts button from Plasma settings page which doesn't have config feature).

Unfortunately, this doesn't solve OPs problem.
