Bug on Plasma 5.13.3

In plasma 5.13.3, if i open a window in first desktop, that window will automatically move to the next desktop, and the first desktop will remain always empty.
This is happen in Arch with Plasma 5.13.3, in Fedora 28 with Plasma 5.12.x, this script work perfectly
I have try to install several version of this script, but nothing happen.

I confirm that I also have this issue.on Plasma 5.14.3 on Antergos.
