Missing dat file

i just downloaded the project and whenever i tries to run it says missing the dat file and it crashes. badly need help.

Did you read the instructions in the README file? It tells you how to setup the dat file.

I can't find the .dat file on this path:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator.sdk/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework

So I am unable to run the project.
Please Help.
