currently possible to load observation that is only id'd to genus - in this case the common 'specific' name displayed is the same as genus and therefore wrong. change notes to explain that the obs doesn't have an associated common name?
meanwhile, should also make it possible to individually show or hide genus and specific common name?
And definitely don't automatically show english name when other is missing - give a prompt first.
