Thank you for providing the codes of the Book.
I had some comments on Chapter02/f90/00-original/matrix.F90 codes:
In line 32, `num_rows throws an error so I removed the symbol before num_rows.
Finally, when measuring the time with openmp the precision of "st" and "et" variables was better with real(8)
