Sync only pulling a few random playlists from Spotify

Describe the bug
Only a small handful of random playlists are being pulled from Spotify. They are created by the associated user, and made public in Spotify.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configuration: Plex Docker container, plex-playlist-sync running on same Docker instance
2. Playlist(s) causing the issue: All
3. Song(s) causing the issue: All

Expected behavior
Sync indicates all Public playlists should automatically be grabbed.
