No changes made. Mapbox Failure on EAS Build. Can we address this constant problem?

Can anyone explain why everything work with EAS build, and then you can make another EAS build on the same exact commit, with the same exact node modules and the EAS build will fail?
Mapbox is constantly breaking. Can we address this? It's making it very frustrating to use this software.

I have made no changes.
I have simply installed node modules, and made an EAS build, on the same branch that successful eas builds were made 1.5 weeks ago, and now they fail. What happened.

Also just to note, I am using: "@rnmapbox/maps": "10.1.29",
and you can see there is no carrot, or tilde there to make it take a newer recent minor or major version.
