Add a refererUrl for non-reachable nodes-sources to build their Url from parent page and their anchor

For example, I need to build a link to an anchor in one page. A non-reachable nodes-sources won't have any url field, so I need to loop over parent node-sources until I find the one which has a url then add #block- nodeName.
