Ask about installing RStudio #11
Description
If the user selects that they want to use RStudio, ask them if they want to install that too (and only if they're on Linux or Mac, as it seems the feedstock only is for those OS'es). Also only installs for 4.3, so change the order of the questions (which R version should be later.
