Add Middleware for event reporting

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Web events should be able to be reported to Analytics software, like Google Analytics. 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Components should send Events when interactions occur, even if those events don't result in any changes (such as a ClassicyControlLabel click). Those Events should be accessible to middleware.
