test error `Invalid day of month (day = 29 - month = 2 - year = 1969)` when installing

Today is Mar 8th (in Japan).

    # ... but in 1969:
    $dt = DateTimeX::Easy->new("last monday", year => 1969);
    ok($dt);

got the following error.

Invalid day of month (day = 29 - month = 2 - year = 1969)

I mean this error always happens in this week.
I think this error would happen in 2044 (Feb 29th is Monday).
