Describe the bug
Ciano cannot handle many files convertion at once.

Distro:

• OS: Fedora
• Version 36

Info about the app:

• Version: Ciano 0.2.4
• Instalation: Flatpak

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Ciano and choose like mp4 converter.
2. Choose some files, like 20, 50, or bigger.
3. Ask to begin convertion.
4. Ciano app closes, but the convertion continues in background.

Note: also the mp4 convertion creates files that cannot be read by other systems/apps.
