Add TZ variable to Homeassistant Addon variable to configure log timestamps

Hi Robert,
have you got any idea how to add the TZ parameter to a HomeAssistant addon?
I tried adding "TZ: Europe/Berlin" in the yaml configuration of the AddOn.
But that parameter is ignored and removed.

well, I had been searching around a bit "how to set environment variables for HA Addons".
I did not find any solution, just others that were asking the same question (not related to GroBro).
