Misleading installation instructions

The doc section
"A basic minimal implementation"
should be removed from the blog post below:
http://roberto.twproject.com/2012/08/24/jquery-gantt-editor
as it contains expired/out-of-date installation instructions
(e.g. script-and-css-includes).

The up-to-date script-and-css-includes are in the gantt.html file which is in this github repo.
