Hi @dsbyprateekg 👋🏻 It's all a matter of convention. In a case like this, I would use markdown syntax. Where:

• - [x] means checked box
• - [ ] means unchecked box

Hi @SkalskiP can you please tell me how can I define under suffix field in roboflow. for example this is the field in my form-

and in suffix field I am trying like this if it is unchecked= {"do_you_have_disability_certificate":""}
but for checked, can we use markdown there?
