migrate trackers notebooks to 2.2.0

- update trackers dependency from 2.1.0rc0 to 2.2.0 - add skiers-1280x720-5.mp4 to example data downloads - add "Track from CLI" section with --model and --show-trajectories - rename "Track objects" to "Track from Python", use bikes-1280x720-2.mp4 - add "Camera motion compensation" section with MotionEstimator and MotionAwareTraceAnnotator using skiers video filtered to person class - use rfdetr-large and minimum_consecutive_frames=3 for motion compensation - set CONFIDENCE_THRESHOLD to 0.2
