Add iceoryx2 #42

Hi,
what do you think about adding iceoryx2 to the list?

It is a zero-copy inter-process communication framework written in Rust and with a clear path for safety certification. The publish-subscribe and event messaging pattern are already finished and request-response will probably be done by end of April.
We are also working on a ROS 2 RMW implementation based on iceoryx2 -> https://github.com/ekxide/rmw_iceoryx2
Later this year, we plan to have our first gateways for host2host communication.
