Description
This is more a high-level issue to track the development of a new device within YARP for handling skin data coming sensors installed on *Cub robots.
We will probably need to subtask this into small pieces.
Given that I am not familiar with the process of developing devices for YARP, feel free to provide suggestions on the title/aims of this issue.
In terms of interfaces to be implemented, we refer to the yarp:dev::ISkinPatches one with the changes we will implement according to #1 #2.
