Define skin patches and their names for *Cub robots

This is for providing a suitable definition of what we mean by skin "patch". Thus far, according to https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/tickets/issues/2728, we define it as a "collection of taxels".

With the purpose of providing a useful documentation in the future, we might also need to identify proper names for skin patches of *Cub robots.
