Desktop access

Hi.

Thanks for all the hard work that has gone into rainchasers.

Is there any possibility of restoring the website to allow desktop access. I (and a few others) prefer using a desktop in the morning/evening to plan ahead.

The app is great, especially the navigation integration with Google maps, its just not as easy to use to get the big picture.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid while restoring web desktop access is possible, it's not practical for me to do. The web version of rainchasers was built before the existence of the APIs this repo uses, and so it scapes EA, NRW, SEPA web pages which obviously change and are fragile to scrape. For example, NRW changed the web frontend recently which broke all the welsh levels and this was the last straw that prompted it's closure.

If there is anyone who wants to build a web frontend themselves, this repo provides all the backend gauge polling and processing required, but this is now too much for me to manage.
