UX: consider a progress bar or similar for albatross-client update

I find that it can take several seconds to run `albatross-client update`. It's unclear where the time is spent and as a user I can't tell if there's progress until it's done. I presume it takes time both to download the unikernel from the builder-web instance and again to upload it to albatross.
