revise albatross protocol (backwards incompatible)

revise the protocol, and remove some old commands:

• bump the protocol version
• remove the serial number
• remove wire version 3 remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove wire version 4 remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove old-console-subscribe remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove old_unikernel_info* old_unikernel_get remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove old_unikernel_info3 remove old_unikernel_info3 (Oct 31 2024, 2.4.0) #231
• remove old_unikernel_info4
• remove old_block_dump
• merge unikernel_create and unikernel_force_create into a single command, add the force flag to Unikernel.config
• remove the old_block_add
• remove the old_block_set
• remove the utc_console_data, use console_data instead remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove the old_unikernels and old_unikernel_info* remove suppport for wire version 3 and wire version 4 #226
• remove the old_block_device_image

When working on this (a new wire version), it would be very good to think about mollymawk (an albatross client) and its upgrade path -- so it doesn't upfront know which albatross daemon it communicates with -- but it would be great if mollymawk has a chance which server version it communicates with.
