refactor: Configuration.name_of_str

There are in various endpoints calls
```
            match
              ( Configuration.name_of_str instance_name,
                Configuration.name_of_str unikernel_name )
            with
```

which moves the code to the right (nested matches). It would be great to refactor this similar to `unikernel` and `albatross_instance` for the GET endpoints.
