Human Mode v0.1.0 is the first macOS preview build.
It can set no-AI quiet hours, watch common AI apps and websites, notify or warn
when they are opened, and close selected targets depending on the selected
response level.
This is a local-first app. It has no account, backend, telemetry, uploads, or
prompt logging.
Create these manually or through GitHub once the repository is ready for contributors:
