make sure that the port readers are disconnected in the task inspector when nothing uses them

There is no consensus in the rock.core crowd about whether the task inspector does disconnect port readers when neither widgets, nor the inspector itself, are reading them. This is really important as having a lot of readers consumes CPU and memory.
