The ECO tracker on Jetson 2 is slow (12 fps) #53

Hello,
I have managed to run ECO on Nvidia Jetson 2. Everything is working without any problem and I have checked the gpu flow during the run and it is working normally (although the memory the processing speed usage are not near 60%). Surprisingly, the tracking speed is significantly low (12 fps).
