Add option to capture pane content

Having the option to capture the contents of a pane and then write that to a file would be really useful. Taking long outputs and being able to open the scrollback contents in my editor of choice (neovim) and then select large sections of the output without needing to manually scroll through the output would be an really helpful.

I had tried to coerce my AI coding tools to add this feature, however, I couldn't get anything that was functional or particularly useful (I still intend to keep trying though!).
