[FEATURE]: openQA tests for SCAP / CIS #93

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we do not have tests for SCAP/CIS components and those things are tested manually. We should create openQA tests for them so that manual testing is no longer needed. Requested here.
