[FEATURE] Add openQA automation for Bootloader Disk Selection

We would like to be able to meet the [Bootloader Disk Selection] acceptance criteria using openQA automation. This means....

• Automation that allows parameterizing an alternative disk on which to install the bootloader
• Not installing a bootloader at all
