Rockylinux/rockylinux docker hub images port to AWS ECR public

Hi!

We currently use the official Docker Hub image for `rockylinux` which is stuck on releases 8.9 and 9.3, yet to be updated as per https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/pull/16754.

We would like to use the maintained image. Would it be possible for the `rockylinux/rockylinux` to be sync'd to AWS ECR public?
