Without this logs, there is nothing I can do.

Understand will keep prying into it, not exactly sure why AA-log isn't listing kioworker/systemsettings having denials. The KDE profiles have been flawless love the project.

Solved the issue is here:
/etc/apparmor.d/kioworker

deny /etc/{,**} r,

Which is covered here right?
include <abstractions/nameservice-strict>
include <abstractions/ssl_certs>

AA-Log never reported this deny, watched with strace.
